Help, answers, and privacy information for all apps by Toru Kitajima.
Frequently asked questions and how to reach us.
Most of our apps collect nothing at all — they run entirely on your device. Some apps offer optional online or multiplayer features; when you use those, a small amount of session data (an anonymous ID, a display name you choose, and your in-game actions) is sent to our backend so the feature can work. Apps also check our update server for updated app content, which sends a random installation identifier and, after a crash, a short error description. We never collect your real name or location. Apps that offer an email-based backup or account-transfer feature use your email address only to verify that account, and apps that offer an AI reading feature send the photo, text, or audio you choose to an AI provider that you set up yourself. See the Privacy Policy below for details.
Content you create offline stays on your device only and is not synced to our servers. When you use an app’s online or multiplayer features, the data needed for that shared session is sent to our backend so other players can take part; it is used only to run the session. Use your device’s iCloud or local backup to preserve on-device data.
Please use the contact option below. Include your device model, iOS version, and the name of the app so we can help you faster.
Try fully closing and reopening the app, restarting your device, and making sure you are running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue continues, contact us below.
Have a question or need help? Email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications (the “Apps”) published by Toru Kitajima (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on the Apple App Store. By using any of our Apps, you agree to the terms described below.
Most of our Apps do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. They run entirely on your device, with no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. Some Apps offer optional online or multiplayer features; the limited data those features require is described in section 3 below. Apps that receive content updates also contact our update server as described in section 4. When used offline, our Apps transmit nothing.
Any data you create within an App (such as settings or content) is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data. If you delete an App, its locally stored data is removed along with it.
Some of our Apps include optional online or multiplayer features (for example, playing a game with other people in real time). These features are only active when you choose to use them. When you do, the App creates an anonymous identifier so the server can tell players apart, and it sends the information needed to run the shared session — such as a display name you enter and your in-game actions — to our backend provider. We do not collect your real name, phone number, contacts, or location. Apps that offer an email-based backup or account-transfer feature collect your email address solely to verify that account. Apps that offer an AI reading feature transmit the photo, text, or audio you choose to an AI provider that you configure yourself (see section 5); that content is not sent to or stored on our backend. This information is used solely to operate the live session and is never used for analytics, advertising, or profiling. If you only use an App offline or in single-player mode, no information leaves your device.
When an App starts, it may check our update server (Expo Updates, u.expo.dev) for updated app content. This check sends a randomly generated installation identifier (created on your device and not tied to your identity or hardware) and basic technical information such as the app version and platform. If the previous session ended in a crash, a short error description may also be sent to help us fix stability issues. This information is used only to deliver updates and improve reliability — never for advertising or tracking — and is not shared with third parties.
Our Apps do not integrate third-party SDKs for analytics or advertising. The optional online features described in section 3 are powered by Supabase, a backend hosting provider that stores and relays session data on our behalf. Supabase processes only the data needed to run those features and does not use it for advertising or tracking.
Some Apps include an optional AI reading feature. You supply your own API key for an AI provider (for example Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic). When you use the feature, the text, photo, or audio you choose is sent directly from your device to that provider using your key, and that provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the request. We do not receive, process, or store this content, and it is not saved on our backend. If you do not enter a key, the feature is unavailable and nothing is sent.
Apps that read printed notices or record spoken input ask for camera, photo library, or microphone access only at the moment you use those features. The captured photo or recording is used for that single reading request and is kept on your device; it is never uploaded to our backend.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Apps that collect no data are safe for all audiences in this respect, and the optional online features described above are not directed to children and do not gather any real-world identity.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
